No motivation to exercise… but i love randomly dancing to good music (Hardstyle, Trance, EDM) anything good to rave, shuffle, tektonic and even that gay gabber dance (just started to learn).
2013 started the nightly rave seshes, which perfectly complements my fucking insomnia/fucked up sleeping pattern, and it actually works as an alternative to exercising for me, compared to my daily ‘play games all day’ attitude.
What makes it even special for me is the fact that I really enjoy it.
Shifted slightly away from gaming into becoming more motivated to do physical activity. Hopefully this nightly activity eventually grows into some sort of motivation to start gym again.
TL;DR. Good Music motivates me to be more physically active to keep me in shape.
